Winshare Thermal, a high power heat sink manufacturer held its 2016 year-end party at Xiao Villa, Fodou, Qingxi on Dec. 31th, 2016. All of our employees attended this event and we also invited some suppliers and partners to join us. The banquet was carried out in a free and easy atmosphere.

　　After the host announced the start of the banquet, he briefly summarized the performance of Winshare Thermal in 2016. After that, General Manger, Zhou, Zi-Yong gave some speech which deals with his demand and expectation for 2017. To enhance Winshare Thermal's company culture, he proposed the corporate culture for our future development and it is "customer-centered, employee-based, and sustainable-innovation-led". All of the employees burst into cheers and responded actively.

　　GM Zhou also introduced the core team of Winshare Thermal and invited them to take the stage. The members of the core team include the special assistant of the GM office Mr. Ceng, Zhi-Jun, Director of the R&D Department, Mr. Mou, Xing-Wen, Director of the Marketing Center, Mr. Wang, Hai-Yan, Financial Director, Ms. Li, guan-Yu, Director of the Quality Department, Mr. Li, Xiang-Bing, and Director of the Manufacturing Center, Mr. Dong, Sheng-Qiang. As soon as the team took the stage, they received a nice round of applause from all of the employees, suppliers, and partners.

　　For the banquet time afterward, the main choice of food is Cantonese cuisine, which includes dishes with local features such as poached chicken, roast poultry platter, steamed fish, etc.

　　When everyone was awfully delightful with the food, the host took the stage and announced, "Now it's time for the lucky draw!" Everyone was getting excited. "You know, this is the most fun program this evening! "Good!""Don't just eat, check out the lucky draw!Or you won't know when it's your turn!" All of the employees were chatting with each other. The prizes include the grand prize, first prize, second prize, third prize, and the fourth prize. The award of the only one grand prize is RMB3000; that of the two first prizes is RMB2000 each; that of the fifteen second prize is RMB1000 each; that of the thirty third prize is RMB500 each; that of the forty fourth prize is RMB300 each. Everyone has a share and no one fell through. The entire process of the lucky draw is just like a climax after another with lots of punch lines. Even our suppliers and partners cannot help join us, increase the awards, and participate in the lucky draw.

　Everyone at Winshare Thermal was as full as a tick and got their prizes so that they got the feeling of happiness. That's it! The Winshare Thermal's year-end party in 2016 went successfully. Instead of viewing this banquet as a brief summary of 2016, we would like to say that we have blown the horn and prepared for 2017. All of those at Winshare Thermal will act with more endeavors to fight for 2017. We will work hard to produce heat sink products with better quality and everyone will contribute his/her humble effort to Winshare Thermal's progress at his/her own post.
